Joshua Delesha

Joshua Delesha has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joshua started their career as an Engineering Intern at Novaspect in 2012, where they generated digital process flow diagrams and provided technical support. Joshua then worked as a Tutor at the University of Kansas from 2012 to 2014, helping students with college algebra.

Starting in 2014, Joshua joined Schenck Process North America as a Process Controls Design Engineer. In this role, they designed and programmed controls for pneumatic conveying systems and served as a project lead for small jobs. Joshua also worked as part of a team in designing HMI/PLC projects. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Application Sales Engineer, where they created custom solutions using Schenck Process technologies, exceeding client expectations and building lasting relationships.

From 2017 to 2018, Joshua worked as an Outside Sales Engineer at Automated Technical Services, LLC, utilizing their technical knowledge to promote and sell engineering services. Currently, they are employed at Experitec Inc. as a Solutions Architect, a role they started in 2018. Joshua will transition to the position of an Account Manager in October 2022.

Throughout their career, Joshua has demonstrated their ability to excel in technical roles, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to project success.

Joshua Delesha attended The University of Kansas from 2008 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering.
