Subhabrata Chakladar, PMP, MBA (IT Mgmt), CSM has extensive experience in the IT industry. Subhabrata has held various roles since 2005, beginning with a Web Lead/Tech Lead at Avanade. Here, they were the technical lead for onshore and offshore teams, mentoring a team of 15 and liaising with Business teams at Accenture, Toronto. In 2007, they moved to ITC (Offshore unit of ThomasKelly Software Associates, U.S.A.) as Technical Project Manager, heading the offshore unit at Kolkata and managing application support & maintenance. In 2010, they joined WDC (part of Manpower group, U.S.A.) as a Project Manager, delivering projects in .NET. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Web Spiders Group as Senior Project Manager, managing projects, resources and schedules. From 2015 to 2018, they were Vice President at Smart IT Services Group. Currently, they are the Director of Delivery and Delivery Head at Experiture Omni-Channel Marketing Platform.
