Ashley Schmalz

Ashley Schmalz has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 as a Customer Solutions Specialist and Cashier at Petco, where they achieved the highest sales in the district and took on a mentorship role. Ashley then moved on to Karma Dog Training in 2015 as a Lead Dog Trainer, launching the Houston location and managing relationships with external partners. In 2018, they became a Manager and LOD at Petco, responsible for training and mentoring dog trainers. Ashley joined Peace Love Dogs in 2019 as the Head Educator and Senior Dog Trainer before starting their own business, Ashley's All-Out Dog Training, in 2020. As the owner, they developed individualized training programs, maintained client records, and grew the business through outreach. Ashley later worked as an Enterprise Business Development Representative at Pluralsight and is currently employed as a North America Business Development Representative at Experlogix.

Ashley Schmalz's education history includes attending FrontEnd Simplified from 2021 to 2022 and completing the Nucamp Coding Bootcamp in 2021. Prior to these experiences, Ashley attended George Ranch High School, but no specific dates were provided.
