Luca L. has a diverse work experience with a focus on education, consulting, and leadership roles. In 2023, Luca served as the Head of the Alumni Education Committee at Wharton Executive Education. Prior to that, Luca was the President of the Expert Agile Club starting in 2015. From 2003 onwards, Luca has worked in the field of management consulting, holding positions such as Business Transformation Consultant and International Trainer & Speaker.

They also completed a Master's degree in Arts Liberal at Harvard University with a focus on Finance. In 2021, Luca L. enrolled in the General Management Program at The Wharton School. They have obtained several certifications, including Venture Capital, Customer Analytics for Growth Using Machine Learning, AI and Big Data, and Investment Strategies and Portfolio Management, all from Wharton Executive Education. Additionally, they hold a Professional Graduate-level Certificate in Corporate Finance from Harvard University. Luca L. has also obtained various other certifications in fields such as ITIL, Prince2, and project management.

Expert Agile Club
The Expert Agile Club is a global community of agile professionals that have extensive expertise and experience in the application and implementation of agile practices. The goal of the club is to create unique opportunities for career exploration and development and design an environment in which the members can thrive and grow their knowledge and expertise. The Expert Agile Club sponsors many programs to assist its members to grow and develop, with an emphasis on networking events, consulting panels and interview workshops. Admission into the club is by invitation only and invitations are offered a few times every year to agile experts and accomplished professionals that have an extensive track record or show growth potential. Existing members of the club also have the opportunity to invite 5 new professionals every year. The Expert Agile Club doesn’t charge any membership fee and existing members are forbidden to request any form of compensation in exchange of the free invitations they are granted every year.
