Expert IEP
Antoinette Banks is the founder and CEO of Expert IEP, the first IEP optimization app for families. As a PhD student at the University of California, Davis, Antoinette conducts research in education technology under the supervision of Dr. Lauren Lindstrom. Antoinette previously served as the Autism Outreach Director at HOPE SO BRIGHT, where Antoinette managed microgrants and supported behavior plan development for families. With a background in marketing and communications, Antoinette has also held positions at Church of God World Missions and West Angeles Church of God In Christ. Antoinette holds a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from UC Davis and Associate degrees in Behavioral Sciences and Natural Sciences and Mathematics from Los Angeles City College.
