Courtney Grubbs-Donovan has a diverse work experience across various organizations. Courtney began their career in 2012 as a Senior Counselor at YMCA Camp Huckins, where they worked until 2015. In 2016, they interned as a Regulatory Intern at the Virginia Department of Health. The following year, they served as a Programming Intern at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. In 2018, they joined EAB as a Business Development Associate, working until 2019. Courtney has been with Expert Institute since 2019, starting as a Research Analyst and progressing through various roles such as Research Associate, Research Manager, and Associate Director of Research. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Research at Expert Institute.
Courtney Grubbs-Donovan has a Magna Cum Laude, Bachelor's Degree from the University of Richmond, where they double majored in Leadership Studies and Latin American and Iberian Studies, with a minor in Healthcare Studies. Courtney also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish and Iberian Studies from Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Before attending university, Courtney graduated from Dartmouth High School.
