Santosh has over 9 years of experience in managing the entire gamut of mortgage banking including loan processing, underwriting and appraisal. During these years, he has honed his skills in developing and delivering mortgage process improvements such as streamlining operations, monitoring performances and collaborating with key stakeholders. Currently he oversees processing and pre-underwriting of conventional housing loan applications and is responsible for aligning operations with federal regulations.
