Paul Gustafson

Paul Gustafson has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Paul began their career in 1992 as the Manager of Partners & Licensing at General Magic. In 1994, they joined Xerox PARC as the Director of Business Development, followed by a role as the Vice President of Strategic Relations at Virtus Software in 1996. In 1999, they became the Vice President of Business Development & General Manager at IQ Commerce. In 2002, they founded Market Pioneering, a management consulting firm. In 2004, they joined ViewCentral (now SAP) as the Vice President of Business Development. In 2006, they became the President and General Manager of TDA Group. In 2007, they joined San Carlos Advisors, Inc. as an Advisor. In 2017, they founded Expert Support, a world-class technical communication services firm. Notable clients include Apple, Google, Adobe, and Sony.

Paul Gustafson attended Ankeny Senior High School before going on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Operations / Journalism from Iowa State University between 1981 and 1984.
