Nathan Sidaway

Nathan Sidaway is an experienced design engineer specializing in the automotive industry. As the Director and Owner of NPS Design Engineering since December 2020, Nathan has provided expertise in automotive design and engineering. In the role of Automotive Design Leader at Expert Technologies Group since April 2023, Nathan has collaborated with OEMs such as JLR on innovative production methods and factory designs. Prior to this, experience as a Robotic Tooling Engineer at Arrival involved the design of jigs, fixtures, and production tooling, utilizing Siemens NX 1899 and Teamcenter. Earlier roles included Senior Design Consultant at Arrival, Design Engineer at Erodex with a focus on aerospace jigs and fixtures, and CDG Technician at Assystem Technologies UK working on large tooling for civil and defense aerospace projects. Nathan's educational background includes an HNC in Mechanical Engineering and a BTEC Level 3 in Manufacturing Engineering from Dudley College.
