Rachel Harris has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. Rachel has held various roles in different organizations. Rachel started their career in 2008 as a Marketing and PR Officer at Eventy Marketing & PR, where they worked with a range of clients including restaurants, authors, and charities. In 2009, Rachel worked as an Account Executive at AREA Magazine. Rachel then joined ALI Group in 2010 as a Sales and Marketing Executive, assisting with marketing duties and supporting the sales team. In 2011, they became an Account Executive at Lifetime Training, where they supported National Key Account Managers and optimized sales revenue opportunities in the leisure industry. Rachel had a freelance role as a Communication Manager at Experteer in 2013 before joining EM Group as a Country Manager in 2014. At Alpha, they worked as an Editor in 2017. Rachel returned to Experteer in 2018, first as a CRM Manager and then as the Head of CRM, overseeing CRM functions and formulating data-driven strategies.

Rachel Harris obtained a CELTA certification in English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instruction from the University of Cambridge in 2013. Prior to that, they studied Communication at Cardiff University from 2005 to 2008.
