Abhi (Ashton) Kulkarni PHR®-PMI®-HRCI®-SHRM® has worked in a variety of roles in the recruitment and staffing industry since 2003. From 2003 to 2011, they worked as an HR and Recruitment Specialist (IT) for Career Advisors, a Delta Airlines S.M.E. for Wipro BPO, an HP Certified Sr. Quality Analyst for Hewlett-Packard, and a Dell Certified MIS for Dell.

In 2013, they joined Nexsales Corp as a Business Development Specialist (Recruitment) in Information Technology for the USA and UK. Abhi {Ashton} was responsible for generating business leads, marketing solutions, and social media, and was the head of a team of four.

In 2014, Abhi (Ashton) Kulkarni PHR®-PMI®-HRCI®-SHRM® was appointed Head of Business Development - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for Universal Hunt Pvt. Ltd.

From 2015 to 2022, they served as Principal Consultant - Global Business Development - Recruitment, Mobilization & Hiring and Consulting Partner for Unify Search Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and then as US-EPC Staffing Manager for ExpertHiring. In this role, they were responsible for ongoing K12/School Projects in North Carolina and South Carolina, a K12 Project in Columbia and Bluffton, South Carolina, a Project for the Illinois Department of Transportation, a Project for the South Carolina Department of Transportation, a Multi-housing TI project in California, and various commercial construction projects in various states. Abhi {Ashton} also worked with general contractors and subcontractors, and looked for PE candidates.

Abhi {Ashton} Kulkarni has a diverse educational background. Abhi {Ashton} studied at the University of Mumbai from 2000 to 2002, and then at the Boston Computers Hardware & Software Engineering New Technology from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering.
