Kanishk Shukla has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 with KOOVS Plc, where they served as Founder & Head Global Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Founder & Head Buying - Brands, Strategic Initiatives, and Founder & Vice President Sales and Marketing. In 2016, they founded PostBucks Intelligent Systems. In 2020, they founded Expertia AI, where they are building tools for the Future of Work with a vision to make hiring skills and finding work intuitive, accurate and real time. Kanishk has made the beta version of the CVRanker, which identifies top 10 profiles from amongst hundreds in seconds.

Kanishk Shukla completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Delhi University from 2000 to 2004. Kanishk then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance, Marketing and Investment Banking from IBS Hyderabad from 2007 to 2009.
