Cuong Nguyen

Cuong Nguyen is an accomplished e-Government Expert at Expertise France since May 2019, focusing on the implementation of e-government initiatives in Vietnam. As Chief Technology Officer at Cyber Art JSC since July 2017, Cuong Nguyen oversees the distribution of anti-virus and anti-malware products. Additionally, Cuong Nguyen has served as Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Consultant at Tinh Van Corp since December 2011, and has held senior advisory roles at Viettel Telecom and Microsoft in the past. Cuong Nguyen's career began at IBM Global Services, where experience was gained as a Technology Deployment Engineer and Software Sales Specialist. Educational qualifications include studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University and Hanoi University.
