Elise Morel

Elise Morel is a professional with extensive experience in project management, monitoring, and evaluation within humanitarian and development sectors. Currently serving as Chargée de projet at Expertise France since March 2021, Elise has led initiatives in sustainable development and energy, and previously held roles at the French Red Cross, where responsibilities included capacity building and project quality oversight. With a solid background at ACTED and UNICEF, Elise has managed teams, ensured project quality, and implemented strategies for effective monitoring and evaluation. An academic background in development studies from IEDES and the University of Paris I further supports Elise’s expertise in these fields.
