Iyba-seed Benin Country Co-lead at Expertise France

Grégoire Gailly is an experienced professional in sustainable development and energy access, currently serving as the IYBA-SEED Benin Country co-Lead at Expertise France since July 2023. Previously, Grégoire Gailly held the position of Appui Conseil en Projets Durables at G2P from August 2022 to July 2023. A notable tenure at Geres from September 2013 to August 2022 involved leadership roles including Responsable Programme ZAE+, overseeing a program to promote electrified activity zones in Mali and West Africa, and managing a research-action project focused on the use of Jatropha Curcas as a local energy resource in rural areas. Grégoire Gailly also served as the President of FONGIM, the Forum of International NGOs in Mali, between February 2017 and April 2019. Earlier experience includes roles with COOPERATION ATLANTIQUE GUINEE 44 and France Volontaires. Grégoire Gailly holds a Master of Science in Tropical Agricultural Development from CNEARC and an engineering degree from ENSAT.
