Neha Sharma

Neha Sharma currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Expertlancing Research Services, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this, Neha held various HR roles at Next Education India Pvt Ltd, including Manager and Assistant Manager of HR Business Partners from August 2017 to May 2023, focusing on employee relations, policy formulation, retention, engagement, and recruitment. Neha's experience also includes managing HR at InOpen, SINE, IIT Bombay from April 2014 to October 2015 and serving as an Executive at Ion Exchange Infrastructure Limited from March 2007 to July 2011. Neha holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from Era Business School and a B.Sc in Environmental Science from Delhi University. Notable achievements include transitioning all employment forms to an online format and leading campus recruitment drives.
