EXP, a 501(c)3 organization based in Carson, is the opportunity engine. Our programs help schools deliver an innovative, career-based curriculum that makes classroom learning relevant and exciting. During the 2021-2022 school year, EXP programs are made available to more than 6,350 high school students in 11 Southern California high schools. 

Our success depends on our unique ability to bring industry and schools together to solve problems and overcome obstacles that prevent students'​ access to education, experience and opportunities. More than 400 industry leaders serve as EXP volunteers, mentors and internship hosts.

By helping schools and industry work together, EXP is changing how society prepares students for life and bringing genuine opportunity to every young person we can reach.

The Program Management Team at EXP is responsible for overseeing and coordinating educational initiatives that connect high school students with industry professionals. They manage program development, implementation, and evaluation to ensure that students have access to relevant career-based learning opportunities. By fostering partnerships between schools and industry leaders, the team facilitates internships, outreach efforts, and strategic initiatives that enhance student engagement and prepare them for successful futures.
