From 2018 to 2021, Kas was an All Round Horeca Medewerker at Eindhovensche Golf. From 2019 to 2021, Kas was a Trainee, Commercieel Medewerker, and a Stagiair Marketingcommunicatie & Sales at Edubookers.

Kas van Daal has a Bachelor degree in Commerciële economie from Avans University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained between 2017 and 2021. Additionally, they have a certification in Tactvol communiceren from Schouten & Nelissen, which they obtained in May 2021.
