Louis Tay is a distinguished academic and entrepreneur in the field of Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Currently serving as a Professor and William C. Byham Chair at Purdue University since December 2012, Louis Tay has held various positions including Associate Professor and Assistant Professor. Louis Tay also founded ExpiWell in 2015, a tech startup that innovates experience sampling research through a mobile and web platform. Prior to these roles, Louis Tay was a Research Fellow at Singapore Management University and a Post-doctoral researcher at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Louis Tay's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with an Honours degree from the University of Melbourne and a BA from the National University of Singapore.
