Baukje Hoekstra

Baukje Hoekstra is a seasoned Learning & Development Expert currently engaged with L&D Talents, eX:plain, and Associatie voor Examinering since September 2023. Previously, Baukje served as an educational specialist at Hogeschool Inholland from February 2016 to August 2023, focusing on curriculum development, policy implementation for educational improvement, and coaching. In addition, Baukje has extensive experience as a mondhygiënist, with roles at Centrum Implantologie Parodontologie Amstelveen, Tandartspraktijk Laan van Kronenburg, and several other dental practices from 2010 to 2023, where responsibilities included dental hygiene treatments, patient care, and mentoring interns. Baukje holds a Master of Education in Learning and Innovation from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Mondzorgkunde from Hanze University.
