Nicolas Morel

Nicolas Morel serves as EVP Group Chief Engineer and Capabilities Officer at Expleo Group since January 2024. Previously, Nicolas held the position of Executive Vice President Sustainable Raw Materials at Stellantis from February 2021 to December 2023, leading a comprehensive organization focused on sustainability and raw materials. Prior to that role, Nicolas was Executive Vice President of Extended Europe Engineering at PSA Groupe, overseeing the R&D division from May 2019 to January 2021. Nicolas spent a significant tenure at PSA Peugeot Citroën, where roles included Senior VP China R&D, responsible for design and R&D activities in Shanghai, and Senior VP R&D, focusing on physical and functional architecture. Early work at PSA Peugeot Citroën involved leading vehicle dynamics teams and managing NVH departments. Nicolas holds an education from CentraleSupélec, completed between 1988 and 1991.
