Mariana Stanczyk

Mariana Stanczyk has a significant amount of work experience. Mariana started their career in 2002 as a Front Desk Supervisor at Hotel Ceasar Business Paulista, where they welcomed guests, answered calls, and managed reservations. In 2008, they participated in the Hospitality Management International College Program at Walt Disney World, operating park attractions and ensuring guest safety. From 2009 to 2019, Mariana worked at Princess Cruises, taking on various roles such as HR Assistant & Crew Manager, Customer Relations Manager & Events Coordinator, Finance Manager, and Administration Officer. Their responsibilities included HR tasks, crew management, guest relations, event coordination, and financial operations. From 2021 to 2023, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at STAAR Surgical. Currently, they are serving as a Sales Excellence Specialist at Explora Journeys.
