Mary Gallo

Mary Gallo has a rich and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Mary started their career as a Regional Sales Director for Concorde Hotels & Resorts in 1989, where they successfully established the company's identity and reputation in the Central USA market. Mary then joined Rosewood Hotels & Resorts as a Regional Director of Sales from 2001 to 2003, before transitioning to Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as an Account Director for Global Leisure & Luxury Sales, a role they held from 2003 to 2017. Mary's responsibilities at Starwood Hotels & Resorts included driving the growth of luxury leisure sales in the Central USA region.

In 2017, Mary joined Seabourn Cruise Line as a Strategic Account Manager. Mary collaborated with luxury travel professionals to ensure that guests had an unforgettable experience on Seabourn's ultra-luxury cruise line. Mary's tenure at Seabourn lasted until 2022.

Currently, Mary holds the position of Business Relationship Lead for the Central US at Explora Journeys, a role they assumed in 2022.
