Stefano Morelli has a diverse work experience in various HR roles, primarily in the travel and hospitality industry. Stefano has recently been working for Explora Journeys as the Head of Crew Strategy and Talent Attraction. Prior to that, they served as the Director of HR Global Operations & Workforce Planning at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. In this role, they collaborated with brand operations leaders to implement strategic HR services for ship deployment. Stefano also worked as an HR Manager Operations - New Builds at the same company, responsible for coordinating HR employee services for new ships.
Before joining Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd, Stefano worked as the Group Human Resources Manager at Starhotels, overseeing HR functions for the company's properties in Italy, the UK, and France. Stefano also served as the Group HR Manager at Starhotels S.p.A. and as the HR Manager Shipboard at Oceania Cruises.
Stefano's earlier experience includes roles such as HR Director Shipboard at Costa Crociere and Recruiting and Selection Manager at ENAV S.p.A. In the latter role, they were responsible for developing and managing the recruitment system for air traffic controllers in major Italian airports.

- From 1997 to 2000, they pursued their Bachelor of Science in Business Management at St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business.
- In 2004 and 2005, they obtained a Master's degree from 24ORE Business School specializing in HR.
