Christina Schilstra, MBA, SAFe, POPM, SSM, CSPO, CSM has a wealth of experience in product management and project direction. Christina began their career in 2011 as Senior Product Manager at Inovalon (formerly MedAssurant), where they launched and managed the flagship population health solution, Star Advantage\u2122. In 2013, they moved to xG Health Solutions as Technical Product Manager, directing a cross-functional team to develop a cloud-based care management system within 6 months. In 2014, they joined Philips Healthcare as Senior Global Product Manager, Patient Engagement, leading the global market commercialization of Philips' ambulatory remote patient monitoring solution. In 2015, they were appointed Senior Director of Product Management at Evolent Health, leading a 4-person team in designing, developing, and supporting an integrated, SaaS, population health platform. In 2017, they moved to Conifer Health Solutions as Manager, Product Management, Value-Based Care. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Program Manager, Consultant at Tantus Technologies, Inc., utilizing artificial intelligence and Human-centered design (HCD) to develop and deliver five AWS cloud-based Proof of Concepts to CMS. Currently, they are Project Director at Explore Digits Inc., guiding the development and launch of the first Feedback Analysis System (FAS) for Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, an AI-driven application/platform. In this role, they are executing project management activities, performing data analysis, and driving customer meetings to gather requirements.

Christina Schilstra holds an MBA in Finance from Drexel University (1989) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Christina also attended Elizabethtown College. Christina has also obtained various certifications, including an AWS Partner: Cloud Economics Accreditation from Amazon Web Services (AWS) (2021), an AWS Partner: Accreditation (Business) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) (2021), a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance (2013), a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance (2013), a Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc.
