Jay Parks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the outdoor recreation industry. As an entrepreneur and co-founder of Climb Morocco from June 2010 to May 2015, Jay launched a rock climbing guiding company in Marrakech and implemented key risk management policies. From March 2017 to June 2021, Jay served at REI as a Regional Experiences Manager, leading the growth of outdoor programming and managing a team of instructors. Currently, as Operations and Development Manager for EXPLORE Inc., Jay oversees new growth initiatives and collaborates with various stakeholders to enhance business operations. Jay holds a Bachelor's degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Liberty University, obtained in 2004.
