Hallie Bergner, MBA, currently serves as an Event Manager for Explore St. Louis, focusing on the Convention Center and The Dome at America’s Center since June 2023. Prior experience includes various roles at Missouri State University, where responsibilities encompassed Facilities and Operations Graduate Assistant, Building Manager, and Audio/Visual Technician for multiple venues. Hallie also interned in Athletics Ticket Operations at Drury University and held positions at the Entertainment Management Awards and Starlight Theatre. Hallie holds a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing Analytics from Missouri State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Management.

America's Center also employs a full-time labor relations manager who works to establish a mutually beneficial relationship between the center's clients and the local trade unions.
