Neil Palacios

Neil Palacios has extensive experience in financial leadership, having served as Chief Financial Officer for America's Center from 1992 until January 2021 and currently as a Consultant and Chief Financial Officer at Explore St. Louis since 1992. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, obtained between 1984 and 1986.
