Nikki Raffenetti

Nikki Raffenetti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, organizational development, and business strategy. Currently serving as a Partner at Carbon since July 2016 and working as a Staffing Consultant and Recruiter in a freelance capacity since the same year, Nikki specializes in connecting individuals with ideal job opportunities. Prior to these roles, Nikki was the Chief of Staff at Piehead® from April 2015 to July 2016, focusing on people development and organizational growth. Nikki's earlier career includes significant leadership positions at AMP Agency, including SVP of Talent, VP of Creative & Technology, and Director of Project Management, where responsibilities encompassed managing talent acquisition and enhancing creative and technical team capabilities. Nikki holds a BFA in Graphic Arts and Marketing from Salem State University, awarded between 1990 and 1994.
