Dan Moriarty is an experienced Product Designer at ExploreLearning, specializing in the design and enhancement of the Frax product, which focuses on teaching fractions through engaging, game-based methods. With a strong background in content development, Moriarty has also served as a Senior Content Writer, re-designing Gizmos Lesson Materials for improved readability and usability, and as a Mathematics Curriculum Writer, contributing significantly to the development of ExploreLearning's extensive library of math Gizmos and their corresponding lesson materials. Prior to ExploreLearning, Moriarty worked as a Mathematics Content Writer at Boxer Learning, Inc. and as a Secondary Mathematics Teacher in Loudoun County Public Schools. Moriarty holds a Master of Teaching in Secondary Mathematics Education and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Virginia.
