Wade Davis

Wade Davis is an advisor at Explorer At Large. Wade has also worked as a studio and news photographer, a news photographer, and an on air personality. Wade has a degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.

After high school, Wade Davis attended Georgia Southern University, where they earned a BA/BS in Anthropology and Geology. Wade then attended Harvard University's Koobi Fora Field School, where they studied Paleoanthropology. Afterward, they attended Vanderbilt University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Finally, they attended the University of the Witwatersrand, where they earned a Doctor of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Palaeoanthropology. Wade also has certification from PADI in Divemaster and from the Field Guide Association of Southern Africa in SKS Palaeoanthropology.
