Diogo Barbedo

Diogo Barbedo is an experienced professional in lighting design and programming, currently serving as a Designer de iluminação for Expo 2020 Dubai since August 2021. In addition to this role, Diogo has been a Formador at ACE Escola de Artes since September 2015 and has held programming positions at Vodafone Paredes de Coura and NOS Primavera Sound since August 2008 and June 2014, respectively. As a Freelance Lighting Designer and Technician since January 2003, Diogo has developed a diverse portfolio and has worked in the Light Department at Teatro do Campo Alegre from January 2007 to September 2021. Diogo's educational background includes a degree in Realização Técnica from ACE, completed in 2003, and ongoing studies in Design Luz e Som at ESMAE, where Diogo is currently in the third year.
