Lucy Makina is a seasoned professional in project and contract management, currently serving as Project Director at WSP since April 2023. With extensive experience as Senior Projects Manager for Expo 2020 Dubai and a background as Contracts Manager at Samsung C&T, Lucy has honed expertise in pre and post contract management, procurement, change management, and final account negotiations. Previous roles include Senior Project Surveyor at Davis Langdon and Project Surveyor at EC Harris, showcasing strong capabilities in commercial management and budget validation. Lucy holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying from the University of the Witwatersrand, obtained between 1997 and 2000.
