Michal Hicks

Michal Hicks is an experienced professional with a strong background in digital transformation and user experience design. Currently serving as Director of Digital at Expo City Dubai since March 2023, Michal previously held various leadership positions at Concentrix Tigerspike (now Concentrix Catalyst) from June 2014 to March 2023, including Group Director of Transformation and Director of Experience Design. Michal's work has focused on maximizing the value of data and technology while ensuring a user-centric approach to experience design. Additionally, Michal has substantial experience in marketing and business development from roles at Rudolf, Createur, Ignite, and Merivale.
