Paige Bell

Paige Bell is an experienced professional in organizational development and learning, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development at Expo Home Improvement since February 2021. In this role, Paige drives organizational effectiveness, enhances employee engagement, and fosters a high-performance culture through strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives. Prior experience includes positions such as Manager of Learning & Development and HR Project Manager at North Central Texas College, along with various roles at Onyx CenterSource, where Paige advanced from Account Manager to Director of Learning & Development and Global Director of Account Management. Additionally, work experience includes a Senior Supervisor role at Unirez, which was later acquired by Pegasus Solutions. Paige holds an Associate of Arts degree from North Central Texas College and completed further education at ATD from March 2022 to March 2023.
