Simon de Groot

Simon de Groot has a diverse work experience history. Simon started their career at ELV Elektronik AG in 2007, where they completed an apprenticeship as a merchant in wholesale/foreign trade. Simon then joined the company as a Product Manager in 2012 and held this position until 2017.

In 2017, Simon de Groot moved to expondo, where they held multiple roles over the years. Simon initially joined as a Senior Product Manager/Product Development and later transitioned to the role of Product Development Team Lead. Simon's most recent position at expondo is Head of Product Development, which they have been holding since April 2023.

Simon de Groot completed their education in two different institutions. From 2007 to 2009, they attended Berufsschule Leer, where they studied and earned a degree as a Kaufmann im Groß-/Außenhandel (Merchant in Wholesale/Foreign Trade). Following this, they pursued further education at Verwaltungs- und Wirtschafts-Akademie Leer e.V. from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Betriebswirt (VWA) degree in an unspecified field of study.
