Louise Dirs has a diverse range of professional experiences, with a background in service delivery and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Public Sector Service Management & SMO at Exponential-e, Louise previously held senior service delivery roles at Fujitsu UK. With a brief secondment at Business in the Community and experience as an Events Team Leader at the University of East Anglia, Louise also worked as a Service Desk Specialist for the London 2012 Olympics at Atos. Louise holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Philosophy from the University of East Anglia.
