Janisa Neumeier

Janisa Neumeier has a diverse range of work experience. Janisa currently works as a Talent Cultivation Manager at Tilt, where they are involved in revolutionizing employee leave in the workplace through a web-based platform. Prior to this role, they worked as an Account Manager at Inceed from 2016 to 2022, where they helped clients identify and hire technical and business professionals. Before that, they held various roles at Ascend at Colorado State University, including Project Manager, Lead Student Intern, and Student Intern for Parent and Family Programs. Additionally, Janisa served as a Philanthropy Leadership Council Member at Presidential Ambassadors, where they promoted the positive image of Colorado State University and engaged student leaders in representing the Office of the President at events and activities.

Janisa Neumeier attended Colorado State University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Development and Family Studies, with a focus on General studies. Janisa has also obtained certifications in Open Enrollment Administration and Payroll Administration from Rippling in May 2023.
