Kate Sierzputowski

Kate Sierzputowski is an accomplished arts and culture professional with extensive experience in various roles within the creative sector. Currently serving as the Artistic Director and Director of Programming at EXPO CHICAGO since January 2020, Kate has also held the position of Strategic Initiatives & Programming Coordinator. As Co-Director of Julius Caesar since August 2015, Kate has made significant contributions to the arts community. Prior to these roles, Kate was a Contributing Arts and Culture Writer for Chicago Reader, a Senior Editor at Colossal, and a Freelance Contributor for Hyperallergic and Newcity. Additionally, Kate founded INSIDE\WITHIN, a web archive dedicated to exploring the creative spaces of Chicago's artists. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University and has studied at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark.
