Carmel Nkanagu is an accomplished professional currently serving as an Artificial Intelligence Quality Evaluator at Outlier since January 2025, focusing on enhancing chatbot AI model performance through evaluation and analysis. In addition, Carmel has extensive experience at Export Development Canada, where roles included Program Manager for Small Business & Partnerships, Portfolio Risk Manager, Credit Underwriter, and Risk Analyst, contributing to business process improvements, managing significant financial exposure, and conducting comprehensive risk assessments. Carmel began the career at Investors Group as a Finance Intern and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa.
