Jennifer Cooke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in trade and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Care, Small Business National Accounts, and Inclusive Trade at Export Development Canada since September 2010, Jennifer leads corporate strategies that support diverse-owned businesses and women entrepreneurs in Canada to enhance their international trade capabilities. Previous roles include District Manager for the Greater Toronto Area, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager in commercial markets at EDC, as well as significant positions at Yardi Systems and BéBís DESIGN CORP, where Jennifer co-founded and directed sales and marketing. Jennifer holds a BA in Honours Business Administration from Ivey Business School and a Diploma in Marketing and Merchandising from the International Academy of Design and Technology.
