Kathy Mulzer

Kathy Mulzer is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. At Export Development Canada, Kathy has held positions including Director of HR Advisory Services & Employee Relations, Director of Wellness & Employee Relations, and Human Resources Business Partner since 2007. Prior to this, Kathy served as Director of Human Resources at Sitel Group from 2005 to 2007, and as Manager of Human Resources at HP from 2000 to 2005. Kathy holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from Sprott School of Business at Carleton University, a Child & Youth Worker Diploma from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Western University.
