Genevieve Coleman is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience leading HR strategy and talent management initiatives. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Strategy & Partnership at Stryker since September 2016, Genevieve has been instrumental in aligning global HR functions and developing future leaders. Previously held roles at Stryker include Vice President of People & Organizational Development and Vice President of Global Talent Management, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). Prior to Stryker, Genevieve held several positions at Korn Ferry, including Managing Principal, and Vice President of Consulting Solutions. Genevieve's educational background encompasses a Master's degree in Industry/Organizational Psychology from Xavier University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Biology from Binghamton University.
