Kristin Ritsema

Kristin Ritsema, PMP is currently the Vice President at Santander US, overseeing HR and employee communications. Prior to this role, Kristin held various leadership positions at VCE and HP Enterprise Services, where Kristin was responsible for developing and implementing programs aimed at talent acquisition, workforce strategy, and organizational design. With a strong background in project management and workforce planning, Kristin has a proven track record of driving success and excellence in metrics, communications, and stakeholder management. Kristin is currently pursuing a Masters in Leadership & Organizational Development at The University of Texas at Dallas.
