Susannah Crabtree

Susannah Crabtree currently serves as Senior Vice President of People and Culture at Export Development Canada since July 2023 and has held various leadership roles, including Board Director and Past Chair for the YMCA-YWCA of the National Capital Region and Board Director at the Mental Health Commission of Canada. Susannah was also a Trustee of the WSIB Employees' Pension Plan for WISE Trust from September 2019 to September 2023, overseeing pension plan operations and administration. Prior experiences include Partner and Career Business Leader at Mercer Canada, Partner and Head of Office at Odgers Berndtson, and various positions at Mercer, including Wealth Practice Leader. Susannah holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology and Mathematics from McGill University and an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
