Kevin Klowden

Kevin Klowden serves as the Executive Director of MI Finance at the Milken Institute since June 2003, focusing on economic mobility, capital access, trade, and technology-based development. Klowden is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Export-Import Bank of the United States and holds leadership roles in various organizations, including Chair of the Biz Fed Institute and Board Member of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce and the Asia Society of Southern California. Klowden has held significant positions such as Vice Chair of the Los Angeles Regional Export Council and Chairman Emeritus of the LAX Area Advisory Committee. Klowden also chaired the Trade Finance Advisory Council for the U.S. Department of Commerce from 2018 to 2022.
