Nelle Marais

Nelle Marais currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Export Trading Group since August 2022 and as a Senior People Business Partner at Zutari since July 2020, focusing on consulting engineering and strategic partnership with management. Prior experience includes roles at Aurecon as a People Business Partner and in various HR capacities, overseeing Central Regional Offices and consultancy services, as well as delivering project management support for the Department of Water Affairs at Africon. Nelle's career began with a role as a Training Coordinator at the City of Johannesburg, supporting health service projects. Nelle holds a B.A Honours in Industrial Sociology from the University of Pretoria and a B.A in Social Sciences from North West University, alongside ongoing certification in Advanced Project Management from Damelin.
