Kim Lawrence

Kim Lawrence has extensive experience in client services and event management, currently serving as the Director of Client Services and Industry Relations at Expovision, where responsibilities include coordinating 20-25 events annually and ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams. Prior roles at Expovision include Director of Client Services, where guidance on day-to-day operations and customer complaint management was provided, and Director of Operations/Reservations, focusing on call center development and policy establishment for profitability. Earlier experience includes managing over 250 annual events as Associate Director of Catering & Convention Services at Hyatt Regency Reston. Kim Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Shepherd University.
