Pratik Ekghare

Pratik Ekghare has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in various companies.

In 2019, they started their career as a Web Developer at Krushak Sudharak Mandal, where they contributed to the development of their website.

Later in the same year, Pratik joined Tata Consultancy Services as an ETL Developer, working on data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks until 2021.

In 2020, they moved to Sparrow Infinity- Digital Transformation as a Software Engineer, involved in software development projects until 2021.

Pratik then joined Sparrow Risk - EHS | Technology | Engineering | IndustryOS in 2021 as a Software Developer, working on software development and risk management until September 2021.

In 2022, they founded their own company, LEAD TURTLE, where they currently hold the position of Founder.

Pratik Ekghare completed their Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Amravati. Pratik pursued this degree from 2015 to 2019.
