Jesper Dockir is an accomplished professional in compliance and risk management, currently serving as the Nordic Head of Compliance at Express Bank since December 2022. With extensive experience in the financial sector, Dockir has held key positions at Danske Bank as a Risk Management expert, and at PFA Pension as a Compliance Executive overseeing compliance in Bank and Asset Management Units. Previous roles include Chief Compliance Officer at Finansiel Stabilitet A/S and Head of Group Compliance at Bank DnB NORD A/S, where Dockir managed compliance staff and advised on compliance and internal control issues. Dockir's early career encompasses significant contributions at the IMF, where responsibilities included project management and optimizing banking supervisory organizations, as well as serving as Deputy Director at the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, leading negotiations on various EU directives. Dockir holds a master's degree in Economic Policy from Københavns Universitet, earned between 1986 and 1993.
